My name is Lea, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified EMDR Therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal from trauma and reconnect with a sense of safety, confidence, and emotional well-being. I provide compassionate, evidence-based trauma therapy for individuals experiencing the effects of childhood trauma, sexual abuse or assault, workplace trauma, accidents, long-term neglect, attachment wounds, PTSD, complex PTSD, and other difficult life experiences.
I specialize in therapy for childhood trauma, EMDR therapy, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) to help individuals process painful experiences and heal from the lasting effects of trauma. EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based approach for treating trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD, while Deep Brain Reorienting supports healing from early trauma, attachment wounds, and nervous system dysregulation.
Using trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy, I help clients better understand emotional patterns, reduce distress, strengthen nervous system regulation, and move toward meaningful, lasting healing.
As both a therapist and trauma survivor, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to carry pain from the past—and I also know that healing is possible. My own experience with psychotherapy and EMDR inspired my path toward becoming a therapist after experiencing meaningful progress beyond years of traditional talk therapy.
